Folding Carton Production
For pharmaceutical cartons, cosmetic boxes, food packaging, electronics packaging and other folding cartons.
Die cutting · Foil stamping · Embossing · Stripping · Folder gluing · Window patching · InspectionA machine only makes sense when it fits the job. Send us the carton or box you produce, the material, maximum size, target output and the processes you need. Based in Yutian, Tangshan, China, PrintPackMachHub works with printing and packaging machinery manufacturers to narrow down suitable equipment around real production requirements.
Different packages call for different converting routes. Start with the finished product, then look at the machines around it.

Use the process to narrow the search. The exact model still depends on material, size, speed and job structure.
For flatbed die cutting, stripping and related converting. The main checks are sheet size, material, pressure, stable running speed and how much waste removal you want to automate.
For hot foil stamping and embossing on cartons and other printed work. Foil area, registration, heating zones, pressure and the material being stamped all matter.
For folding cartons and corrugated boxes. We look at box style, board thickness, glue method, changeover frequency and the size range you actually run.
For corrugated box converting from lamination through slotting, die cutting, gluing or stitching. Board structure and finished box size usually drive the machine choice.
For flute or film laminating. Paper combination, alignment, glue system and downstream converting requirements should be checked together.
For short runs, inspection and supporting material handling. Useful when job changes are frequent, traceability matters, or manual handling is slowing the line.
You do not need to know the model first. These four points usually tell us enough to rule out unsuitable equipment.
Discuss My RequirementFor export machinery, the practical details matter: what was built, how it runs, what arrives with it and who handles technical questions later.
Warranty terms, overseas engineer service and on-site commissioning vary by machine and manufacturer. They should be confirmed in the quotation or sales contract before ordering.
You do not need to know the exact model. A product photo or dieline, material, maximum size, required process and target output are enough to start.
